Ok, they're a little crazy, a little flashy, a little Moulin Rouge, but there's something sort of fabulous about them. I look at them and I go back and forth between loving them and thinking that a party favor exploded on top of them. I love the shape of them; the square, thin, tall heel; the pointy toe. I love the deep red and black. The stripes...I'm not so sure about. It's the combination of the stripes and the exploded favor that makes me picture can can girls. I guess if I wore these, I'd have to wear them with a red and black corset and a poofy ruffled skirt, tacky feathers in my hair.

I like them! I think they're quite festive! Although, they would be a pair of shoes that I would wear once or twice to a party and then they would sit in the closet in their box until my future daughter would inheret them and then they would be either put on a shelf for display or stuffed away with a note saying "my nutty mom wore these once, wasn't she fabulous!".

Hahah! Or more likely she'd sell all your shoes on Ebay with the same note!
