Preview
I saw these at Nordstrom Rack this weekend. Preview has a whole line of the cutest flowered sandals. I think it must be a trend because I saw some other lines with similar, though not as cute, sandals with flowers. I was very close to buying these. The heel is a great height, they felt very comfortable. I like the top strap near the ankle, which isn't as secure as the back strap I normally require but kept me from feeling I was flopping around in them. But the treat of these sandals is the enamel flowers. How unexpected and creative! And the colors are so springy and girly and perfect. I may have to return to Rack when I get paid and hope that they're still there. I'd wear them with cream-colored capris, a pale pink nearly off the shoulder top with a white flower pinned to it, a pale green scarf in my hair and bright pink lipstick. And everyone would want to be me.
By the way, I have to say hello and thanks to Winson and Ellen, who caught me at San Leandro Nordstrom Rack, doing that thing that I do, and were the first fans to ever recognize me. You guys made my day. Thanks for making me feel like a rock star.
