Aren't these just kickin' slingbacks? I love them, but they're definitely a niche shoe. How many outfits do I have in my closet that I could wear these with? That's the question I asked myself and why I didn't buy them at Nordstrom Rack but merely took a pic. Hmm, though actually they don't go too badly with the jeans... Anyway, these shoes are gorgeous, wild and crazy. The pattern is startling but the colors are fabulous, the pink and red and white then the bright contrasting yellow heel. These shoes want to go swing dancing at a biker bar, want to go to an avant garde play and giggle, want to go to the hottest new restaurant and order a banana split. These shoes want to be stunning without being taken too seriously. I would wear them with a bright yellow kneelength sleeveless dress, if I had such a thing and was so bold.
