There's almost too much going on with this shoe. Almost. It's definitely a case of a designer pushing the limits of what he can do with a shoe. There are contrasting colors--the turquoise of the straps next to the green and orange of the flower detailing. And there are contrasting styles--the modern look of the geometric side straps against the classic pump front with old-fashioned flowers. But somehow it works. It would be a tricky shoe to pull off in an outfit, however. The safe choice would be a simple little black dress. The daring would be an unashamedly dazzling orange dress and turquoise clutch.
