Blogathon Shoe of the Hour
These are almost too practical, too professional to catch my eye. Almost. The great heel that goes from rounded to square in a modern shape but classic wood is the first clue that these aren't just sensible shoes. The next clue is the criss-cross thin straps that stylishly cross the top. The final clue is the open sides, coming up again in the back, to reveal a sexy peek of instep. These shoes lull you into complacency then give you a little kick. I would wear them with a fitted 40's style camel suit to spice up a business look. Or wear the black with a little black dress and jacket. Don't forget the pearls.
